Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with Windows, Mac OS, and Linux operating systems.
- Assist users with software applications including Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
- Manage help desk tickets using Jira, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain and support local area networks (LAN) and assist with IT infrastructure management.
- Document solutions and create knowledge base articles for common issues to enhance user self-service capabilities.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues across Windows, Mac OS, and Linux environments.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components including LAN setup and maintenance.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
