What You’ll Do
As an IT Technical Professional, you will provide on-site and remote IT support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, integration, and security for:
- Hardware: Desktop, laptop, and mobile devices (Windows 10 & 11)
- Software: Microsoft Office Suite and other business applications
- Servers: Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022)
- Networking: TCP/IP, wired and wireless networks
- Cabling: Ethernet, telephony, and security system support
✔ Providing friendly, professional, and solution-oriented IT support to clients
✔ Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
✔ Assisting with cybersecurity measures and data protection
✔ Keeping up with emerging technologies to enhance client solutions

What We’re Looking For
🔹 Technical Knowledge & Experience – At least 2 years of IT support experience preferred
🔹 Certifications & Training – Industry certifications (A , Network , etc.) are a plus
🔹 Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues independently
🔹 Customer Service Mindset – We take a client-first approach—being friendly,
professional, and approachable is key!
🔹 Ability to Work Independently – Must be comfortable traveling to client locations
🔹 PA Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation – Mileage reimbursement provided
🔹 Background check required
Work Location & Schedule
📍 Base Office: Allentown, PA; Remote & On-Site Client Support Required; remote from
home office as needed.
🕒 8-Hour Shifts | Monday to Friday | Occasional evenings/weekends may occur
🔹 Full-Time Preferred | Part-Time Considered

The interview process will involve an initial 30-minute phone interview for the selected 10-12 candidates. From there, the final four candidates will be invited for an in-person interview with the business owner. The entire process is expected to conclude by the week of June 16, 2025.
