Total experience of 7 to 12 years in overall IT programming skill
Experience of 6 years in Backend Java development
Mandatory: Must have ''at least'' one project (need not be in Java) involving working in mainframe environment (Tough interview in this regard. Hence, good idea not to submit, if one doesn't have it at all)
