Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Rehab Specialist to join our team and assist individuals in regaining their independence and improving their quality of life. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, families, and medical professionals to develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients’ physical, mental, and emotional needs to develop effective rehabilitation plans.
- Provide therapy and rehabilitation services tailored to individual patient goals.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive techniques, and recovery strategies.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols.
- Advocate for patient needs and coordinate necessary resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Science, Physical Therapy, Occupation Therapy, or a related field (Master’s Preferred)
- Relevant certification or licensure
- Experience in rehabilitation, therapy, or a related healthcare setting.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and patient-focused environment.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.68 - $26.58 per hour
