Position Summary:
The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical services within the behavioral health program. This role ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, upholds best practices in treatment, and fosters a supportive environment for clinical staff. The Clinical Director provides clinical supervision, program development, staff training, and ensures effective client care aligned with the mission and values of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all clinical operations, ensuring high-quality, ethical, and effective care.
- Supervise clinical staff, including therapists, counselors, and case managers.
- Provide regular clinical supervision, support, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement treatment models, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure documentation, treatment planning, and client records comply with Medicaid and accreditation standards.
- Participate in program audits, licensing inspections, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Serve as the clinical lead during critical incidents and risk management reviews.
- Collaborate with administrative staff on staffing, budgeting, and program strategy.
- Ensure ongoing staff training in evidence-based practices and professional development.
- Review and approve clinical documentation and assessments as needed.
- Support outreach and partnership efforts to promote the organization’s services.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
