Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Process general ledger entries and reconcile accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Generate periodic reports to assist in management decisions.
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Provide assistance with audits and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the team to improve accounting procedures and controls.
- Assist in budgeting analysis to help identify trends, discrepancies, or opportunities for cost savings
- Assist with preparing documents for various tax related filings and requests.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and support business goals.
Qualifications:
We are open to candidates with diverse educational backgrounds and work experiences.
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience:
- 0-10 Years of experience
- Prior experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or related fields is a plus.
- Skills:
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (e.g. SAP) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
