What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
- Performs administrative tasks that support the human resources department, including any special projects.
- Assists with payroll processing, payroll reconciliation and benefit bill payments.
- Performs tasks related to benefits, medical exceptions, and benefit enrollment changes.
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
- Experience working in human resources in a professional setting.
- Technical savvy; including Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Paycom software.
- Working knowledge of how benefits work on the backend within an insurance company.
- Experience processing and assisting with the payroll processes. Personable demeanor with the ability to provide customer service.
