CRM Designer12-months Contract | Hybrid NYCWe are seeking a hands-on digital designer to develop top-tier creative assets that will drive our consumer business forward.Responsibilities include : Conceptualize, design, and develop engaging digital creative assets, such as graphics, animations, videos, and other multimedia content for CRM channels (email, site, and app) throughout the customer lifecycle. Ensure all visuals, messaging, and interactive elements align with the creative vision and adhere to the brand standards of our diverse brand portfolio. Apply strategic thinking and design principles to all creative development aspects, delivering designs that effectively boost consumer business growth. Collaborate with the Creative Director and Project Management team to leverage data and analytics, gaining insights into creative performance, and offering recommendations for asset updates to enhance performance. Maintain regular communication with the Project Management team and colleagues, providing updates on project timelines and progress. Stay informed on the competitive landscape, industry best practices, and emerging design and consumer revenue generation trends. Manage and organize raw media and finished assets, ensuring proper storage and backup for easy accessibility and retrieval for internal and external partners.Required Experience / Skills 3-4 years of proven experience as a designer, ideally in a consumer-focused or revenue-driven environment such as marketing, advertising, or e-commerce. Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity, with a diverse range of projects that highlight the ability to deliver high-quality designs and generate consumer engagement. Comprehensive understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and user experience (UX) design, essential for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs that align with brand standards. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, crucial for working in cross-functional teams, communicating ideas clearly, and actively participating in discussions with colleagues and the Creative Director. Detail-oriented mindset to ensure all design elements, messaging, and interactive features align with the creative vision and brand standards, delivering high-quality and consistent designs. Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and provide regular updates on project timelines and progress. Proactive and adaptable attitude, staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, open to learning and implementing new design approaches, and consistently delivering innovative and cutting-edge creative solutions. Knowledge of ADA-compliant design is desired. Proficiency in motion graphics and animation, understanding of good UX / UI design, basic HTML, and social media principles. Proficiency in graphic design software and tools : Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, After-effects, working knowledge of G Suite, and project management systems.
