Senior Operations Accountant

The ideal candidate has superior abilities to lead accounting functions in commercial manufacturing operations and strong desires for increasing responsibilities while working directly with the Chief Financial Officer.
Key Responsibilities of Senior Operations Accountant
- Lead the development and use of financial management processes and accounting systems to support dynamic growth in revenues and operations.
- Manage reliable and efficient financial relations with customers, vendors, and employees.
- Develop and manage department budgets and project spending to achieve desired outcomes.
- Identify and recommend efforts for continuous improvements in accounting operations and transaction management.
Qualifications of Senior Operations Accountant
This is a full-time, onsite position in Stratham, New Hampshire.
Salary starts at $80,000 or higher based on experience and capabilities with regular reviews and advancement based on performance. Compensation includes healthcare benefits, stock options, and annual bonus potential.
