They are seeking a Corporate Services Manager to lead their growing Corporate and Banking team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established international firm and contribute to its expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Corporate & Banking Department, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and high service standards.
- Manage client relationships by addressing their needs and concerns while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with internal teams and assign transactions to team members for efficiency and accuracy.
- Supervise the formation of local and foreign companies, as well as the re-domiciliation of companies to/from Malta, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
- Maintain existing client portfolios, including client meetings, preparation of statutory documentation, and filing of beneficial ownership information.
- Prepare and submit reports for inspections conducted by the Malta Business Registry.
- Assist directors by taking meeting minutes and finalizing resolutions for corporate changes.
- Administer bank/EMI account applications, ensuring due diligence documentation is collected for account openings.
- Oversee bank transfer processing, maintain client accounts, and ensure records are up to date.
- Liaise with Transport Malta on matters related to shipping and aircraft registration, maintenance, and crew endorsements.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate services, company formation, and trust administration.
- Strong knowledge of statutory regulations and requirements for corporate entities and trusts in Malta.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
