About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Intern to join our Finance team this summer! This role offers hands-on experience in financial analysis, dashboard creation, and key performance indicator (KPI) tracking. The intern will assist in financial planning, reporting, and decision support while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:

• Assist in designing, building, and maintaining financial dashboards to track key business metrics.
• Work with Power BI, or Excel to visualize financial data and enhance decision-making.
• Gather and analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and insights.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
• Collaborate cross functionally with the Commercial Operations, Marketing, Market Access, and Sales teams to develop, enhance, and deliver ad-hoc reporting.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Factors for Success:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
• Familiarity with financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting principles.
• Must be a team player with strong self-awareness and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.
• Familiarity with business visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

The expected hourly pay for this position is $26/hour for an undergraduate student.
