✨ What You’ll Do:
📊 Financial Reporting (40%)
- Craft and present insightful financial and operational performance reports, including the monthly financial package for the Board of Directors.
- Lead the development of compelling presentations for board meetings, leadership summits, and strategic company initiatives.
📈 Budgeting & Forecasting (30%)
- Design and implement innovative financial planning strategies to help leadership set goals and track performance.
- Play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s annual budgeting process and long-term financial roadmap.
🔎 Financial Analysis (30%)
- Dive deep into budget vs. actual variance analyses, uncovering key trends and actionable insights.
- Conduct scenario modeling to explore opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Partner with the CFO to develop financial models, assess risks, and guide strategic decision-making.
🌟 What You Bring to the Table:
✔ 5 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
✔ A sharp business acumen with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
✔ Advanced Excel mastery (bonus points if you can teach us a trick or two!).
✔ Experience with Great Plains is a plus but not required.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA or CPA? Even better!).
