Position Summary :

My client is seeking a highly skilled and analytical FP&A Manager to join their finance team located in Orange County, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis to support key business decisions. This role requires strong financial modeling skills, experience in manufacturing finance, and the ability to provide insights that drive operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Planning & Analysis :
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning, including revenue forecasting, cost analysis, and profitability assessments.
• Conduct variance analysis, identifying key drivers and providing actionable insights.
• Business Partnering & Strategic Support :
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Supply Chain) to improve financial performance.
• Provide financial guidance on capital expenditures, pricing strategies, and cost optimization.
• Support executive leadership with data-driven decision-making and scenario planning.
• Reporting & Presentations :
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management and global stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Process Improvement & Systems Optimization :
• Enhance financial processes and reporting capabilities through automation and system improvements.
• Work closely with IT and finance teams to improve ERP and reporting tools.
• Implement best practices in FP&A to support a data-driven culture.
