Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for developing the annual financial and operating budget, reporting monthly results including comprehensive variance analyses, and partnering with business leaders to provide timely and effective business decision support.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP

Under the general supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis has regular interaction with the Chief Operating Officer and department leaders.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting (40%)

• Responsible for routine reporting by preparing company consolidated financial and operational performance reports including monthly financial package for the Board of Directors.
• Take the lead in preparation of presentations in support of board and audit committee meetings, monthly / quarterly senior leadership meetings, the annual conference, and various strategic committees of the company.

Budgeting & Forecasting (30%)

Analysis (30%)

WORKING CONDITIONS

This role is hybrid based out of the Preferred Travel Group Newport Beach, CA office. Expected to work in the office 2-3 days per week. Working environment is a class-A professional office building. Office space is beautifully as well as functionally decorated including all required technology tools. Employee is seated most of the time.

SALARY RANGE

90,000-$130,000 annually; actual compensation within this range will be determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise.
