Overview:
ITD Food Safety, a leading provider of software & solutions for the Restaurant & C-Store industry, based in Melbourne, FL is looking for an enthusiastic and detail oriented individual to join our IT and Support Department. The individual will assist with internal and external support requests and a variety of ongoing IT projects. We are looking for a candidate with strong communication skills and Windows experience who is willing to join a fast-paced work environment and be a contributing member of the team.
Responsibilities:
Exposure to a wide range of tasks including, but not limited to:
- Interact with customers and assist them with troubleshooting software and hardware
- Work hands on with Windows and Windows compatible devices
- Communicate with Support Team to ensure timely resolution of open customer issues
- Participate in ongoing software development projects
- Software Installations
- Laptop/Desktop builds and repairs
- Coding and Imaging
Requirements:
- Desire to learn new and exciting technology
- CompTIA A
- Solid Excel skills a must
- Must be team orientated
- Excellent interpersonal verbal & written communication skills
- Proven troubleshooting ability and analytical skills
- Demonstrated track record of success in academic and work history as well as a high sense of ownership and accountability
- Knowledge of Windows 8 or 10 operating systems (preferably some experience installing, updating, or troubleshooting)
- Experience with MS Office products and Office 365
