Experience in process re-engineering efforts (ITIL, Six Sigma, MOF/MSF, etc.) is a plus.
Conversant with relevant ISO/IEC, CENELEC, and BICSI structured cabling standards, and a working familiarity with how these standards are implemented in various regions (US, CALA, EMEA, Asia Pac).
Working competence with modifying designs to meet customer-driven requirements and to accommodate unique installation challenges.
Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required
