Construction Superintendent

ITEK Construction is seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team in Towson, MD 21286. As a full service commercial construction company established in 1994, we are licensed in over 10 states for Retail and Restaurant construction.

Job Expectations

• Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects
• Create and manage punch out lists
• Review and interpret blueprints
• Utilize Procore for project management
• Ensure OSHA 30 compliance on job sites
• Write and manage contracts
• Generate reports for project updates
• Coordinate long-term disability installations
• Manage concrete installation and specifications
• Conduct inspections and cost management
• Work with engineering and electrical teams
• Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors
