Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selection.
- Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage sales transactions and provide change to customers.
- Maintain an organized and clean shop environment, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain high standards of service.
- Other duties are assigned depending on workload and time of the year.
Requirements
Must be 21 to Apply
- Previous experience in retail wine sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with cash registers and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- A keen interest in Wine and a willingness to learn about products offered in the shop.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
