Itero Group LLC is seeking a talented
Senior Technical Recruiter
to join our team and drive the hiring of top-tier technical talent. In this remote role, you will be at the forefront of attracting and engaging candidates in a highly competitive industry, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. Primary Responsibilities :
Manage the entire recruitment process for cleared technical candidates, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies using both traditional and non-traditional methods to attract highly qualified candidates in a competitive market.
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation within the ATS to ensure compliance and streamline the hiring process.
Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Handle compensation discussions to align candidate expectations with company benchmarks.
Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to federal and state laws and company policies.
Represent Itero Group at career fairs and other recruiting events to enhance brand visibility and attract talent.
Minimum Requirements :
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in technical recruiting, with a proven ability to source and hire for cleared positions.
Demonstrated ability to proactively source candidates using tools like web searches, networking, and name generation techniques.
A history of success in recruiting large volumes of qualified candidates in a competitive market.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal teams.
Detail-Oriented : Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
Preferred Experience :
Experience recruiting for highly specialized technical roles.
Familiarity with advanced sourcing tools and techniques to expand talent pipelines.
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
Proven success working in a remote environment, managing time effectively.
Proficiency using Greenhouse
