Job Description:
This role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet company goals. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for creating an effective recruitment process to hire top-notch candidates. They will develop trust with potential hires, build relationships, and create strong recruiting pipelines.
Main Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with the Recruiting Manager to identify critical staffing needs.
• Source potential candidates through online channels, social platforms, and professional networks.
• Interact with clients and candidates as the primary point of contact.
• Conduct routine calls to assigned clients to discuss their hiring needs.
• Reach out to potential candidates to share job openings and locations.
• Assess candidate information through resumes, questionnaires, and conversations.
• Determine suitable candidates based on their experience and background.
• Assist with onboarding new hires, including entering information into tracking systems and following up with communications.
• Process necessary testing and verification for new hires.
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Requirements:
• 5 years' experience as a Recruiter.
• Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday.
• Strong understanding of job boards, social media, and strict metrics/quota management.
• Excellent communication and follow-through skills.
• Bachelor's degree or Associate's preferred.
