Position Overview
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer who excels in written and verbal communication and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to create user-centric designs. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, system interactions, and usability best practices to develop intuitive and efficient interfaces for our financial data validation platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Managers to align UI/UX designs with business objectives.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that improve usability and system efficiency.
- Conduct usability testing and user research, synthesizing findings into actionable design improvements.
- Maintain thorough design documentation in Jira, Confluence, Figma/Adobe XD, and/or other similar tools.
- Utilize Miro or similar tools to map workflows, system interactions, and user journeys, ensuring clarity and alignment with business processes.
- Present UI/UX concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into iterative design improvements.
- Ensure UI components comply with WCAG accessibility standards and usability best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of UI/UX design experience, with a focus on designing for enterprise applications.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for prototyping and visual design.
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and Agile design workflows.
- Excellent ability to communicate design concepts, user journeys, and interface interactions to both technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in UI/UX design within data-driven enterprise environments.
- Experience writing detailed UX research reports and design specifications.
- Familiarity with financial dashboards, data visualization, and Power BI interfaces.
- Basic understanding of front-end coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular) to facilitate collaboration with developers and ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Experience in graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools) to create visual assets and enhance user interfaces.
