Job Title: RN Home Health
Location: Prescott, AZ
13 weeks
on call rotation required. Likely every 3 weeks until more nurses are brought on. Mon 5 pm- Mon 8 am.
28 units weekly
Service area- Prescott, Chino, Paulden, Prescott Valley, Dewey
32 hours guaranteed
Home health required, HCHB required
Skills
- Homecare Homebase Software Experience - Required
- OASIS Experience - Required
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse - Required
- CHPN certification - Preferred
- Proof of current CPR certification - Required
- Current driver's license - Required
- Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required
- 1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting - Required
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program - Required
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing - Preferred

Pay: $45.10 - $52.84 per hour
