JOB Description:
Lead mechanical teams in designing MEP systems for K-12 and Higher Education projects. Serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, and engineers to deliver compliant, high-quality plans and specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
- PE License (Mechanical/Electrical).
- 8 years of engineering experience; 4 years in MEP project management.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Valid driver’s license; 20% travel readiness (may include flights).
- Preferred:
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in educational sector projects (K-12, Higher Ed).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
