Position: Engineering Vertical Site Development Project Manager.
Location : Lexington or Louisville - KY.
Duration: : Fulltime/directhire.
Job Description :
Bachelors or Master of Science in Civil Engineering.
Kentucky Professional Engineer (PE) certification or ability to obtain.
Project management experience working with a team of engineers and designers to complete successful projects on time and within budget.
12 years site development design experience in a consulting environment including site design, cost estimating, hydrology, grading, and utility design.
Must have a thorough understanding of land development. (including site grading, sanitary and storm sewer servicing, water servicing, shallow utility coordination, road, and parking design).
A strong working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D is an asset including Storm Sewers and Hydroflow for hydrology design.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
