What are the responsibilities and job description for the FOH Lead position at ITH Hospitality?
Responsibilities:
- Make sure every customer is greeted in the proper manner.
- Make sure the phone is answered in a proper manner.
- Enforces all laws in accordance with serving alcohol.
- Make sure all IDs are scanned.
- Keeps people in assigned positions according to the positioning chart.
- Complete table touches with each guest.
- Work with back of house to make all food is plated properly.
- Becomes an expert at running expo to ensure food is given out in a complete and timely manner.
- Maintains levels of all condiments and rolled silverware.
- Delegates cleaning duties as needed.
- Ensures breaks are given at the proper time.
- Helps to work with Shift Lead/General Manager to maintain morale.
- Helps to maintain safety protocols.
- Ensures all checklists and stock lists are completed.
