Position Overview :
As a Lead MCA Closer, you will leverage your sales expertise to close high-quality Merchant Cash Advance deals while leading and mentoring a team of openers. You will be responsible for optimizing deal flow, driving team performance, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role offers the chance to earn $200,000 - $300,000 annually with uncapped commission potential, along with career growth opportunities in a high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Close MCA Deals : Utilize your expertise to negotiate and close high-value Merchant Cash Advance transactions, maximizing deal flow.
- Lead and Mentor : Manage, train, and develop a team of openers to optimize performance and improve team success.
- Performance Optimization : Monitor team metrics, streamline deal flow, and ensure revenue targets are consistently met.
- Sales Strategy : Use advanced sales training, tools, and data analytics to outperform competitors and close deals effectively.
- Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their unique business needs.
