Job Summary
The Banquet Manager will oversee all banquet operations at the hotel, including the 10,000-square-foot conference space and rooftop event venues. The Banquet Manager will ensure world-class service delivery, team coordination, and operational excellence, contributing to memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight
- Manage and coordinate all banquet and event operations, ensuring adherence to Ithaka Hospitality Partners' service standards.
- Collaborate with the sales and culinary teams to execute events seamlessly, from planning to completion.
- Monitor event logistics, including setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring attention to detail in all aspects.
