Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SaaS Platform Training Specialist with a deep understanding of the Individual Developmentally Disabled (IDD) field to join our team. As a SaaS Platform Training Specialist focusing on customer and end user training, you will play a crucial role in ensuring IDD service providers, caregivers, and individuals can effectively utilize our SaaS platform. Your expertise in both the IDD field and software training will enable you to design and deliver engaging webinars, hands-on in-person training sessions, and user-friendly instructional resources tailored to this unique audience.
About The Job:
The Customer Training Specialist will work within our Operations team to deliver high-quality customer training to end users. This role will assist in developing standardized instructional materials and training curriculum with clear learning objectives and outcomes to aid in customer retention. Some domestic travel will be required for this position.
What you will be doing:
· Take on the role of the primary presenter during training sessions featuring guest speakers.
· Oversee the webinar platform to ensure optimal utilization and maintain its current status.
· Manage the catalog of videos for training purposes.
· Conduct a variety of training sessions, webinars, and interactive Q&A sessions of varying durations.
· Enhance participant registration and attendance for product-focused training events.
· Regularly develop fresh, pertinent content tailored for end users.
· Provide personalized training to individual clients as the need arises.
· Fulfill additional assigned responsibilities as required.
· Offer support by addressing and resolving support tickets.
Must Haves:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be fluent in English
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to interface with customers
- GED or High School diploma
- Customer facing, teaching or training experience
- Experience developing and conducting end-user training and training materials for SaaS applications a plus
- Relatable College degree in lieu of relevant experience
