Overview
ITility is seeking an experienced, performance driven Travel Analyst to provide financial and program management support services to the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Domestic Nuclear Detection Office and Office of Health Affairs (CWMD/DNDO & CWMD/OHA). This position is currently remote until a return to work has been determined.

Responsibilities
- Perform travel related functions utilizing an automated Travel Management System Concur Government Edition, conference planning and execution.
- Perform activities to assist travelers with the creation and submission of travel authorizations and vouchers; Activities include, but are not limited to, researching travel schedules, lodging arrangements, and transportation types, meeting locations, confirming reservations, and maintaining files.
- Book travel accommodation and research and review federal guidelines to ensure all arranged accommodation is within compliance.
- Create and maintain a record of transactions within online banking and federal financial applications and manually track changes in Concur and IT ServiceNow.
- Successfully create, review, submit and track travel vouchers and travel authorizations using Concur.
- Conduct conference planning reviews to meet financial and objective requirements defined by the customer, to meet all demands and federal compliance.
- Provide support to federal personnel and travelers before, during and after arrangements; to account for unprecedented changes, troubleshooting and redirect arrangements, and document any changes in Concur to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain travel records per timelines established in Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) and reviewing travel authorizations and vouchers to ensure compliance with the FTR.

Qualifications
- Associates degree (Preferred) in Management or a High School diploma with Technical Training 2 years’ experience.
- Must be able to obtain DHS suitability security clearance
- Minimum of 3 years’ direct experience in federal government and/or military travel services in lieu of a degree is acceptable.
- Experience in performing governmental travel related functions utilizing Concur, conference planning and execution, and knowledgeable with the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR).
- Knowledgeable in the collection of data, either through manual tracking or queries of the Travel Management System, to prepare travel-related performance reports.
- Ability to guide travelers through the application process to attain an official government passport. Experienced with assisting with administrative activities related to attending and/or hosting conferences.
- Experienced with communicating effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Concur Government Edition Travel System.
- Knowledge of Federal accounting applications, Online Banking, MS Teams, IT ServiceNow application
- Experienced with Microsoft Project.
