ITnova is seeking an Estimating (Quantity Takeoff) Specialist to support our Estimating Team in preparing and negotiating a Lump Sum estimate for the Key Bridge Rebuild Project. The ideal candidate will have experience in quantity takeoff, pricing, and value engineering for infrastructure projects.

- Review, analyze, and interpret Contract Documents (RFP, specifications, etc.).
- Perform all tasks related to quantity takeoff and pricing of design-build projects in the infrastructure market.
- Coordinate with estimators and engineers/designers to provide constructability input and value engineering for preliminary project plans.
- Participate in Task Force Meetings, brainstorms, and working sessions with estimators and engineers/designers.
- Identify, quantify, and communicate Risk throughout the estimating process.
- Performing site visits and investigations as needed.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related degree preferred.
- Broad knowledge and ability to understand project scheduling, cost control, specifications, and engineering drawings.
- 5 yrs of construction/engineering experience, specifically with heavy civil infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of construction methods, costs and techniques.
- Knowledge of construction safety and current federal & OSHA Requirements.
- Experience with CADD and 3D Modeling software preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Possess strong mathematical and computer skills.
- Must be able to meet deadlines.
