Global Strategic Account Director
Reporting to: Global President - Data Centre Segment
About the Role:
The Global Strategic Account Director will manage close working relationships with key stakeholders and accounts by fostering long-term partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction, driving revenue growth by maximizing the value of existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
What You’ll Do:
• Act as the primary point of contact for global accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
• With a customer first mindset and approach enhancing relationships by researching, understanding, and evaluating consumer requirements and identifying how our product portfolio addresses existing and potential customers’ needs as well as optimizing future opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities and markets, leveraging end-to-end knowledge of data centre solutions (airflow management) systems and work closely with Design, Engineering and R&D teams to steer the growth of the business.
• Develop and execute a global business development strategy.
What You’ll Bring:
• A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Although not essential, an MBA or other postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Proven experience of 7 years in a global account management or director role within the data centre or construction industry. • Strong business development and strategic planning skills.
• In-depth knowledge of data center solutions, flooring systems, and related industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel globally as required.
