Senior Director Strategic Global Marketing reports into GM/CEO and is part of Leadership Team. You will align marketing organizational structure in support of the company's objectives, collaborate with the Executive suite and provide business insights for decision making at the company level, and drive strategic planning.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing, executing, and tracking marketing strategy throughout the organization, aligning strategy execution across all geographies and all modalities of Natus Sensory portfolio.
  • Works effectively with multiple partners and stakeholders, manages resources, gains buy-in to the regional marketing plan, and proactively develops effective and accountable teamwork for timely execution.
  • Sets the vision and strategy for Marketing excellence standards across organization.
  • Drives the development, management, and evolution of the Natus Brand to deepen brand advocacy while creating a differentiated and highly engaging image globally.
  • Establishes KPIs to measure effectiveness of marketing activity in the region and be dedicated to continuous improvement, making budget decisions across the region and portfolios; understands sales support needs and ensures feedback loops inform campaign and asset development.
  • Demonstrates operational excellence - overseeing the development and execution of regional marketing plan, inclusive of programs to increase customer awareness, preference, and purchase intent.
  • Drive the execution of strategic and commercial projects, including go-to-market plans, channel strategies and transformation / optimization projects.
  • Perform continuous assessment of portfolio competitiveness within region, both current and future anticipated state, and plans to maintain/improve portfolio performance and achieve Sales objectives, including revenue and market share growth plans.
  • Responsible for marketing budget development, resource planning and optimizing organizational structure.
  • Actively solicits and shares competitive intelligence; commissions market research to identify market opportunities, ensuring return on investment (ROI) in data.
  • Collaborates with Product Management team to develop customer-centric product development including product definition, value proposition and GTM strategy.
  • Oversees the development of world-class lead generation, content marketing, product marketing and corporate marketing functions aligned with strategy.
  • Leads the development of Natus Sensory global strategic plan including market environment assessment, opportunity analysis.
  • Leads the Marketing organization through proactive communication, effective change management and strategy alignment.
  • Drives accountability for corporate objectives, goals, directives, and policies across the Marketing team, creating a clear vision and positive, team-oriented environment.
  • Influencing at Executive Level through communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Working with multiple partners and stakeholders, manages resources, gains buy-in to the regional marketing plan, and proactively developing effective and accountable teamwork for timely execution.
  • Motivating and working in diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Leading creative, digital, and data agencies and motivating them to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives.
  • Innovation: developing new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas.
  • Exercising your influencing skills across business functions, and confidentially sharing difficult messages, defending decisions, and making judgment calls.
  • Leading teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy.

 

Requirements

  • MBA required and 10 years' experience in Medical Devices Mktg/ B2B.
  • 15 years of Marketing Experience and 5 years in Executive Suite, managing Marketing organization.
  • Deep marketing expertise in strategy, market analysis, product launch and product commercialization and branding.
  • Established track record of leading, coaching, and developing high-performing marketing teams.
