Contract to potential hire role for an experienced Business Systems Analyst/Technical Requirements Analyst. This role can be fully remote (must be based in US)

- Work with the Business Stakeholders in RSP/ALIP moving their admin systems and products to RSP. Will be capturing requirements from the teams and will create the technical requirements specific to ALIP's features for the development team to build.
- In addition to Business Systems Analyst responsibilities, you will be heavily involved in configuration (working with XML based layouts as they are configured to the eApps and making sure they are running properly)
- Write and make changes to Business Requirement Documents. Keep complete, up to date, and stored in a consistent location. Follow documented process for ensuring changes to the platform are aligned with consistency and simplicity standards.
- Liaise with key Business Stakeholders and IT in the analysis and delivery of enhancements, projects and products for specific capability domain. Executes, with advanced ability, assessing and documenting business risks, creating business cases, identifying impacted stakeholders, developing communication plans, creating As Is/To Be process flows, facilitating and documenting gap analysis, and facilitating JAR sessions. Provides mentorship and guidance to other business analysts. Must possess knowledge of RSP and expert knowledge level in one Allianz business line with intermediate understanding of the other business lines.
- Work with respective scrum teams to coach and train on configuration standards and best practices. Consult and recommend solutions to meet business objectives and ensure recommended process and business solutions are consistent.
- Create/Participate and is aligned on recommendations to base changes. Champions them to approval/implementation. If not aligned, be prepared to offer alternate solutions to meet stated business needs.
- Assists teams to deliver solid / consistent requirements for ALIP 2.0 platform by helping to create requirement templates, reviewing and approving user stories, reviewing and approving Business Requirement Document's. Documented process/template on requirement expectations, sign off, monitoring, adherance.
- Experienced Business Systems Analyst (5 years of experience)
- Must have ALIP experience
- Must have configuration experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Focused experience on BUSINESS Configuration (rather than Product or Integration) preferred.
