We are looking for an experienced Security Operations Manager to lead our team and drive success in the alarm/low voltage industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating daily service schedules, managing project installations, and overseeing order processing and inventory management.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily service schedules to ensure timely completion
- Lead project installations and manage timelines to meet customer expectations
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Build strong relationships with contractors and external agencies to ensure smooth project execution
- Provide technical support and training to customers and team members
- Serve as a mentor and coach to technicians, inspectors, and the service coordinator
Qualifications:
- MN PLT License (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the alarm/low voltage industry
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Valid driver's license; company vehicle provided
