Job Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our client's team team and make a meaningful impact in Massachusetts. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to build strong relationships with medical providers while helping them maximize their revenue potential. As a key member of our sales team, you'll leverage your consultative sales skills to educate clients and streamline the PIP revenue recovery process. RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
100% emphasis on net new business growth by effectively utilizing internal lists, creative outreach strategies, and processes through in-person visits, cold / warm calls and emails, LinkedIn, networking events, social media outreach, and developing relationships (social selling) to develop new business.
Once the deal is closed, the client relations team manages the relationship.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.Conduct sales meetings with potential customers to determine and forecast sales potential.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and potential threats.Maintain accurate records of sales activities using the CRM system. Document and move potential customers through the sales cycle to become committed customers. Provide regular reports to management.Attend trade shows or industry events as needed.REQUIREMENTS :
Education : A college degree is preferred, though equivalent professional experience in a related industry will be considered.Sales Ability - the ability to generate prospects and set appointments for new customer opportunities.Self-motivated, independent, and possess a high energy level.Organizational and time management skills.Customer Service - Responds promptly to customers' needs.Dependability and teamwork - work well with others.Problem-solving - the individual identifies and resolves problems promptly, gathers and analyzes information skillfully, and maintains confidentiality.Maintain CRM documentation and keep them up to date, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, according to corporate standards and definitions.Excellent communication skills including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) to manage and report on sales activities.The candidate : must have a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated sales success, ideally in sectors like pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or healthcare.The candidate : must have a strong track record of exceeding sales targets, with a demonstrated ability to prospect and close deals, showing a " hunter " mentality for identifying and seizing new opportunities.The candidate : must have the ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with a variety of healthcare providers, including doctors, hospitals, and MRI centers.The candidate : must have a willingness to travel within the designated sales territory as required.The candidate : must be self-motivated, persistent, organized, and able to work independently and remotely.
