Responsibilities will include:
· Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the vacation rental property portfolio.
· Identify and establish partnerships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, home builders and other relevant stakeholders.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
· Create and implement promotional campaigns to attract new property owners.
· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts and make data-driven recommendations.
· Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the vacation rental property management business.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, providing exceptional customer service and support.
· Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing management of new properties.
· Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and generate new leads.

Key requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
· Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the vacation rental, real estate, hospitality or professional services industry.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with property owners, industry professionals, and key stakeholders.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
· Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and other relevant business tools.
· Flexibility to travel as required for business meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
