Job Description:
We are seeking a well-organized, goal-focused, detail-oriented, self-starting team member who values the sense of accomplishment that results from hard work, great communications and being an integral part of a successful and fast growing team.
This individual will work closely with our Property Manager In Charge to shape our homeowner marketing program and develop a network of realtors and financial advisors to funnel prospects on a regular basis.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the vacation rental property portfolio.
- Identify and establish partnerships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, home builders and other relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
- Create and implement promotional campaigns to attract new property owners.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts and make data-driven recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the vacation rental property management business.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing management of new properties.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and generate new leads.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the vacation rental, real estate, hospitality or professional services industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with property owners, industry professionals, and key stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and other relevant business tools.
- Flexibility to travel as required for business meetings, conferences, and industry events.
