The Account Services Specialist is responsible for service contract management, customer relations, and customer service and support aspects for assigned customer accounts. We are looking for a candidate who has strong interpersonal and communication skills, is detail oriented, and a team player.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare, analyze, and manage customers Maintenance/Saas/NaaS/Subscription service contracts and ensure annual contract renewals are processed accurately and on-time
Build and maintain strong working relationships with assigned customer accounts and internal personnel
Assume ownership for pre- and post-sales support issues initiated by customer and internal personnel
Make independent decisions and commitments to customer regarding service contract questions and issues
Work with customers, sales, support, and other resources to provide deliverables to enhance customer relationships and meet customer expectations
Identifies process gaps and improvement opportunities and use good judgement and initiative to come up with solutions and execute them
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High School Diploma
4 years' experience in a Customer Service environment
MS Office Suite knowledge - specifically Excel and Word
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and training
Experience supporting customer relationships
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing tasks
Oracle and Salesforce knowledge
Advanced or Expert MS Office Suite knowledge
Travel:0-10%

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience. Liberty Lake, WA: The base salary for this position is $77,968 - $148,000. This position also includes a competitive benefit package including; financial, social, health and wellbeing programs, paid vacation, 401k matching, employee stock purchase program and more!
