Its Mine Movement (IMM) is dedicated to helping the BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and people of color) community break the cycle of trauma through case management, life skills, and mental health therapy. Our mission is to promote mental health and wellness by providing therapy services that prioritize the well-being of individuals in conjunction with physical health.
Role Description
This is a contract remote role for an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist at IMM. The therapist will be responsible for treatment planning, social work, case management, mental health assessments, and family therapy sessions to support the mental health and well-being of clients on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Treatment Planning, Mental Health, and Family Therapy skills
- Experience in Social Work and Case Management
- Strong understanding of mental health practices and therapeutic techniques
- Ability to work remotely and autonomously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with diverse populations, particularly BIPOC communities
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
