Role Description
We’re on the hunt for a Special Event Coordinator with killer organisational skills, a flair for creativity, and a passion for pulling off unforgettable experiences. You’ll be working on exciting brand activations, pop-ups, PR events, and more – helping us bring bold ideas to life and making sure every detail is on point.
This is a part-time, on-site role (2 days per week) based in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale area.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, coordinate, and execute creative events and brand activations
- Communicate with vendors, partners, and clients to ensure smooth event operations
- Help design event concepts that wow and engage
- Manage timelines, budgets, and logistics like a pro
- Be on-site for events to ensure flawless execution and great vibes
- Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after each event
- Support with social content creation during activations (IG stories, BTS, TikToks – you get it)
What You Bring
- Passion for marketing, events, and thinking outside the box
- Strong attention to detail (!!!) and creative problem-solving powers
- Event planning and coordination experience (bonus if you’ve worked on PR or influencer events)
- Ability to stay cool under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience creating content for social media is a big plus.
