About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Engineer (Subject Matter Expert) to join our Global Strike team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational vignette-related requirements in support of the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Battle Network edge software solutions for Global Strike Platforms. This role involves identifying solutions for prototype development and collaborating with various external teams.
Important Information:
- This position is Onsite at Scott Air Force Base, remote work is not available.
- Salary Range: $110,000-$130,000 Annually
- Please note this role is contingent upon ITSC receiving a modification of its current contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop solutions for prototype development.
- Embed within the Command, Control, Communications, and Computer (C3MC) environment.
- Collaborate with external teams, primarily AFGSC/A5B and Platform System Program Offices.
- Advise and support the Global Strike Development lead as needed.
- Ensure alignment with operational vignette-related requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on system engineering and software solutions.
- Monitor and report on prototype development progress and performance.
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
