About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) specializing in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational vignette-related systems engineering requirements in support of the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Battle Network. This role is critical in ensuring that MBSE policies and goals set by the Department of Defense (DoD) and DAF are met and enforced.
Important Information:
- This position is Onsite at Scott Air Force Base, remote work is not available.
- Salary Range: $110,000-$130,000 Annually
- Please note this role is contingent upon ITSC receiving a modification of its current contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, and enforce DoD and DAF MBSE policies and goals.
- Conduct systems engineering-level analysis to support operational vignettes.
- Enforce MBSE requirements and ensure timely delivery of system engineering outputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integrity and compliance.
- Develop and implement advanced MBSE strategies and best practices.
- Provide expert guidance on MBSE and systems engineering.
- Monitor and report on MBSE performance and compliance.
- Support the development and integration of MBSE tools and methodologies.
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
