Position Summary
This position supports ITT’s Corporate-wide Ethics & Compliance program. The position is responsible for assisting with the development, deployment and maintenance of the corporate Ethics and Compliance Program according to best practices in the industry, the US Sentencing Guidelines and other applicable standards. This position will be based in ITT Corporate Headquarters in Stamford, CT. The position reports to the Executive Director of Ethics & Compliance.

$84,900 - $126,700

- Motion Technologies ($1.5B revenue) is a global leader in brake pads, shock absorbers and sealing solutions for the automotive and rail markets
- Industrial Process ($1.1B revenue) is a global leader in centrifugal and twin-screw pumps for the chemical, energy, mining and industrial markets
- Connect & Control Technologies ($0.7B) is a niche player in harsh environment connectors and control components in critical applications for the aerospace, defense and industrial markets.
Position Summary
This position supports ITT’s Corporate-wide Ethics & Compliance program. The position is responsible for assisting with the development, deployment and maintenance of the corporate Ethics and Compliance Program according to best practices in the industry, the US Sentencing Guidelines and other applicable standards. This position will be based in ITT Corporate Headquarters in Stamford, CT. The position reports to the Executive Director of Ethics & Compliance.
Essential Responsibilities
- Independently develop and deploy training and education programs to promote compliance with the ITT Code of Conduct and other Ethics & Compliance policies.
- Develop and execute Ethics & Compliance initiatives and communication plan, including Ethics & Compliance Week.
- Manage ITT’s whistleblower hotline and investigation process as part of the investigation case handling team. Conduct investigation interviews, write investigation reports and document matters in ITT’s case management tool.
- Administer ITT’s Anti-Corruption Due Diligence process for third party intermediaries – ensure compliance with high partner risk policy requirements, manage new partner intake, train new Sales employees on process.
- Analyze data and trends related to investigations and whistleblower reports and create takeaways for executive management.
- Contribute to the creation and revision of Ethics & Compliance policies.
- Manage Ethics & Compliance reporting and data visualization for key stakeholders including ITT’s CEO, CFO, Head of Internal Audit, General Counsel and Board of Directors.
- Partner with Legal, Human Resources, Internal Audit and other ITT departments to enhance and strengthen ITT’s Ethics & Compliance program
- 3-5 years experience in managing corporate compliance programs.
- Strong ethics, integrity, and accountability with ability to maintain independence and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Background in global anti-corruption legislation and anti-corruption program management.
- Excited for the opportunity to develop and enhance a public company’s corporate compliance program.
- Must be willing to travel
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage projects concurrently while maintaining priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Effective communicator (oral and written).
