This Production Inspection Coordinator position is responsible for ensuring the quality of parts received from suppliers. The successful candidate will be responsible for visually inspecting parts, documenting findings, and communicating with suppliers. Key Responsibilities:
• Visually inspect parts for defects
• Document findings on hard copy forms
• Communicate with suppliers regarding defects
• Use a computer and input data into predeveloped Excel files
• Take photos for visual aids
• Work in a union environment
• Stand for most of the day
• Bend, twist, and move parts weighing 30 lbs. or less
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to stand for most of the day
• Ability to bend, twist, and move parts weighing 30 lbs. or less
• Basic computer skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
