ITU AbsorbTech is seeking a Marketing Intern at our corporate headquarters in New Berlin, WI. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting Marketing, Business Development, and Service & Sales, while working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.
In this role, you will :
- Produce monthly and quarterly reports to support business decision-making.
- Assist with customer portal registrations, including verifying accounts, generating login credentials, and configuring dashboards.
- Maintain data integrity within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including updating contact records, cleaning up ownership records, and performing regular maintenance.
- Support the Business Development team by conducting industry research, organizing account and contact data, and ensuring accurate classification within the CRM database.
- Assist in planning and executing our annual charity golf outing, with a focus on social media engagement and community donations.
- Fill literature and signage requests, while monitoring inventory levels.
- Conduct market research on competitors, industry trends, and growth opportunities.
- Contribute to special projects as needed, gaining exposure to various aspects of the business.
