Job Description

- Intermediate Technical Skills: Enhanced proficiency in optometric tasks, including accurate lensometry and pretesting.
- Effective Communication: Ability to convey complex information to patients clearly and empathetically.
- Sales and Customer Engagement: Strong sales skills with a focus on upselling and customer retention.
- Inventory Management: Competence in managing stock levels and understanding product range. Conducting monthly audits.
- Quality Assurance: Commitment to maintaining high standards in all aspects of patient care and service delivery.
- Effectively manage inventory
- Ensuring optimal stock levels of frames.
- Conduct pretesting and patient tech work with less than 5% error rate.
- Maintain or improve the rate of five-star Google reviews.
- Capture Rate: 45%
- Multi-Pair Sales: 10%
- FYS on Contacts: 65%
- Customer Satisfaction Rating: 85%
- 5 star Google Reviews : 3 per week
Continued Education:
- Courses: Advanced Optics, Inventory Management, Intermediate Sales Techniques.
- Workshops/Seminars: Bi-monthly external seminars on opticianry trends and innovations.
- Certification: Encourage completion of ABO certification if not already obtained; Introduction to NCLE (National Contact Lens Examiners) certification.
Hourly Rate:
- Approximately $19.50 - $23
- $500 performance bonus
- One additional paid time off day.
- Reimbursement of ABO certification/NCLE certification
Salary : $20 - $23
