- Fundus Capture Rate above 85%
- New tech training success rate above 90%
- Scribe for doctor during exam with accuracy 95% or above.
- Advanced experiential learning, optionally augmented by specialized coursework
- Studying for CPOT certification and/or NCLE Advanced certification.
- 6-month minimum occupancy at Level 2
- New tech training success rate above 90%.

- Scribe for doctor during exam with accuracy 95% or above.
- $18 - $22
- $500 performance bonus
- Eligibility for an in-house mentorship program.
Core Competencies:
- Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) treatment procedures
- Tutelage of junior technicians.
- Pharmaceutical ocular administration
- Begin learning to conduct basic refractions
- Comprehensive understanding of diverse ophthalmic disorders and pathological conditions.
- Understanding all optical terminology and ability to notate patient charts
