Position Summary :
The IT Administrator is responsible for enabling the growth of the Rippey business through implementing and modifying IT systems, including ERP, CRM, EDI, and other business solution systems. The IT Administrator will develop and maintain a strategic IT roadmap consistent with the business goals. Additionally, this position will be responsible for managing the business relationship with other vendors and customers. This position will report directly to the Divisional Director of IT of the Electrostatics Division with a dotted line to the Business Unit Manager of Rippey, Inc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Engage with business leaders to build, maintain, and execute an IT roadmap to enable aggressive growth within the business
Providing day to day project management to business and vendors in relation to our Network, ERP, CRM, EDI and other IT system implementations
Provides network and helpdesk support to operational computer networks and end users
Set up and maintain network operations, including assembly of network hardware, infrastucture, telecommunications and connectivity equiptment.
Responsible for data and network backups based on established procedures
Responsible for network uptime on established procedures including documentation and keeping all processes and procedures current
Performs network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose network problems
Upgrades network hardware and software components as required
Installs, upgrades, and configures network printing, directory structures, rights, secuirty, software and files services.
Responsible for implementing, monitoring, and reporting on cyber security directives from company
Provide users with technical support including current users and all new hires
Monitor, resolves, and documents any helpdesk issues from end users
Establishes and administers accounts for network users, user environments, directories, and security for networks being installed
Installs and tests necessary software and hardware
Maximizes the availability, uptime, stablity and data integrity of Company Infrastructure, PC Software, hardware, network, printers and file and print servers
Troubleshoots PC, printer, and network hardware problems. Repairs and / or replaces equipment and / or parts as necessary. Orders new or replacement parts with budgetary approval guidelines.
Monitors PC, Network and Server performance. Tunes to optimize performance. Makes recommendations for new equipment or services.
Administers, troubleshoots and maintains telephone system, phones and other communication equiptment.
Maintains inventory of all hardware, software, and telecommunications equipment.
Develop and maintain system documentation for changes and enhancements
Monitor system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability.
Coordinate application development for multiple projects
Assist in managing and implementing updates and upgrades
Performs all other duties assigned by Business Unit Manager or Divisional IT Director.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3-5 years experience as an Network Administrator, Network Engineer, or similar role
Experience deploying, upgrading and enhancing systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze workflows and processes to identify process inefficiencies and improvements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Strong understanding of various IT functional areas (infrastructure, networking and end user support.)
Experience implementing compliance and cyber security controls based on NIST, TISAX, ISO and CMMC standards
Experience with ERP, CRM, Power BI, and various other business applications a plus, but not required.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines seamlessly.

Compensation Information :
75,000 - $90,000 annually
