Construction Superintendent -Roadwork exp a must!!!
Company Expectations of the Employee:
YOU MUST HAVE 10 years of experience in supervision on road construction projects.
YOU MUST HAVE experience leading a team of 10 .
Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management techniques.
Prioritize workload to meet productivity standards and applicable deadlines.
Communicate with Project Manager on a regular basis about project status and issues.
Communicate Plans with subordinates on a regular basis to ensure success.
Establish and maintain positive interpersonal relations with customers.
Maintain a positive and respectful attitude and demeanor at ALL times towards Clients/Employees/Company
Willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done
Communication Analysis and problem-solving skills
Roles:
Oversee the operations of construction projects from planning to completion.
Manage multiple projects, attend project meetings, Coordinate project meetings as needed
Ability to read plans, set elevations, operate equipment/trucks train field employees as such
Report job activities, incidents, safety meetings etc. in Raken
Direct-Supervision of Foreman, Subcontractors and all Field Employees
Coordinate Vendors/Subcontractors and Schedules
Willingness to assist Estimating dept. if/when needed.
(Calculating materials, labor take off qty, including job-site visits)
Willingness to Travel when/as needed as the company grows (Travel expense paid)
Acquire/Maintain SSHO/QC/OSHA certifications throughout employment.
Ability to make purchases in the best interest of the company.
Direct authority to discipline and or terminate subordinate employees for just cause per Employee
handbook
Maintain 40hr work week limit for all field employees unless otherwise needed.
Lead/Coordinate/Schedule Safety meetings and topics
Assist with Employee interview process when/as needed

Computer Literacy
Various aspects of Commercial Building/Hwy & Street/Heavy Industrial Construction Ability to identify opportunities for company growth and expansion

- Bringing about optimum utilization of resources- labor, materials, and equipment, and ensuring their
- Implementation of various operations through proper coordination and organization skills.
- Development of effective communications and mechanisms for resolving conflicts among the various
- Ensure Safety and Compliance of all projects with the aid of QC manager.
- Trainer for various field tasks
- Willingness to perform all field duties as/when need to meet production and goals for jobs.
