We are currently seeking an experienced outside sales person/sales manager to hire as an Outside Sales Person or Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue. You MUST be a hunter type sales person with experience in outside sales.
This position is for a talented outside sales person and can grow into a management position or can start as a management position for the right person with the right experience.
A New Look Exteriors is a fast growing Remodeling construction company based in Windsor Heights, Iowa. We are looking for a super star sales person that understands outside sales techniques to come grow a team in our roofing department. There is no limit to the number of people that can be on your team, and no limit to the income that can be made.
There is huge potential for growth in this position.
Training in roofing is provided for those without experience in roofing. However, you must have experience in sales. Especially door to door sales.
Sales strategies include:
Experience in roofing is not required, but VERY desirable. Experience in closing as a commission only salesperson is a MUST.

- Knocking on doors to do roof inspections
- Joining networking groups
- Establishing relationships with the community to get referrals.
Experience in roofing is not required, but VERY desirable. Experience in closing as a commission only salesperson is a MUST.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
- Motivate and support commission only roofing sales reps
- Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
- Report on team and individual performance
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
- Recruit new people to your team, target team size is 5-10
- Override commissions are earned on each team member
- Previous experience in sales MUST
- Experience as a sales manager preferred
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- This is a commission and bonus only job
- Pay is every 2 weeks
- Earning is based of performance, target income for this job is $90,000-$200,000 and up
- A successful sales manager will be eligible for company vehicle allowance and other benefits and bonuses upon hitting established goals
